CASTLERUDDERY FARMS

Castleruddery Organic Farm, located near Donard in County Wicklow, is one of Ireland’s longest-established certified organic farms, producing vegetables since 1989. Run by Dominic Quinn and Hilda Crampton, the farm supplies chefs, restaurants and food businesses throughout Dublin and Wicklow with seasonal produce harvested at peak freshness. Their regenerative, largely no-dig growing system delivers exceptional flavour, texture and consistency, making it particularly valued by kitchens focused on ingredient-led cooking. The farm is known for its diverse range of leafy greens, herbs and speciality vegetables, with a strong emphasis on seasonality, sustainability and direct farm-to-chef relationships.
